Let \(K\) be a totally real number field of degree \(n\), class number one and discriminant \(D_K\). Let \(E(z,s)\) be the Asai-Eisenstein series \(E(z,s)\) associated to the ring of algebraic integers \({\mathcal O}_K\). The author proves: There exists a number \(Y_0>0\) such that if \(\frac{| N(Im(z))| }{D_K}\geq Y_0\) then all the zeros of \(E(z,s)\) in \(-1\leq Re(s)\leq 2\) and \(| Im(s)| \leq 2\left(\frac{| N(Im(z))| }{D_K}\right)^\frac{1}{n}\) are simple and have real part \(\frac{1}{2}\), with the exception of exactly two real zeros between \(0\) and \(1\).
