The author studies in this paper some ways of interpolation between hyperspaces of convex or fuzzy sets. The underlying base sets are bounded regions of Euclidean spaces, which may be of any (finite) dimension. The aim of this paper is bringing interpolation theory into play. The theory of interpolation between Euclidean spaces has been very lively for many decades, and he wonders if he cannot generalise well-accepted methods of interpolation between ``crisp'' data to those between universes of convex sets or fuzzy data. This problem arises in fuzzy controlling, namely when the functional dependence between two fuzzy vectors is known only for finitely many cases. To have a criterion for an appropriate choice of an interpolation function, the author generalises the well-known idea from spline interpolation: the function should be as smooth as possible.
