    Let \(\lambda = (\lambda_1, \ldots, \lambda_n) \in \mathbb C^n\) and \(\pi_n = (\pi_{n,1}, \ldots, \pi_{n,n})\) be a map in \({\mathbb C}^n\) that is defined as: \[ \pi_{n,k} (\lambda) = \sum \limits_{1 \leq j_1 < \ldots < j_k\leq n} \lambda_{j_1} \cdots \lambda_{j_k}, \;1 \leq k \leq n. \] The authors show that the Bergman kernel \(K_{\mathbb G_n}\) in the domain \({\mathbb G_n} = \pi_n (\mathbb D^n),\) where \(\mathbb D^n\) is the unit polydisc in \(\mathbb C^n,\) has zeros for any \(n \geq 3\) (Theorem 1).
