Multi-dimensional asymptotically quasi-Toeplitz Markov chains and their application in queueing theory (Q855178)

The paper proposes a new definition of the discrete-time multi-dimensional asymptotically quasi-Toeplitz Markov chains (AQTMC). It presents the stability and instability conditions and describes an algorithm for calculating the stationary distribution. An application to BMAP/SM/1 type retrial queues is briefly illustrated. The continuous AQTMC are presented along with an illustrative result using BMAP/PH/N retrial queueing model.
