The authors study exponentially-fitted (EF) Numerov methods. They investigate two EF Numerov methods which have not yet been applied to Sturm-Liouville equations of the form \[ -y''+qy=\lambda y. \] Different versions of EF Numerov methods are introduced and the main properties are discussed. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the theory discussed.
