Four dimensional symplectic Lie algebras (Q860094)

The author gives a classification of the (solvable) symplectic algebras of dimension \(4\). She uses this classification to show how these algebras may be obtained from smaller dimensional ones using algebraic systematic constructions, the so-called cotangent extensions and symplectic double extensions. She finally gives examples of Lie algebras not admitting symplectic structures.
