The authors continue their study of quasi-Kähler manifolds from previous papers [Nihonkai Math. J. 16, No.\,2, 89--93 (2005; Zbl 1094.53021), and JP J. Geom. Topol. 6, No.\,1, 55--68 (2006; Zbl 1120.53015)]. When \((J,g)\) is a quasi-Kähler structure, then so is \((J,\tilde g)\) with \(\tilde g(X,Y)=g(X,JY)\). Especially, the present paper deals with a class of 4-dimensional Lie groups \(G\) (or rather Lie algebras) admitting quasi-Kähler structures, which was intruduced in the second cited paper. A necessary and sufficient condition for \((J,\tilde g)\) to be isotropic Kähler (in the sense of \textit{E. Garcıa-Rıo} and \textit{Y. Matsushita} [J. Geom. Phys. 33, No.\,3--4, 288--294 (2000; Zbl 0964.53047)]) is the conformal flatness of \(\tilde g\) as well as the vanishing of the scalar curvature of \(\tilde g\).
