The author studies the existence of positive solutions for \(2n\)th-order singular \(m\)-point boundary value problems of the following differential equation: \[ (-1)^nx^{(2n)}(t)=f(t,x(t),-x''(t),\dots,(-1)^ix^{(2i)}(t),\dots, (-1)^{n-1}x^{2n-2}(t)),\quad t\in (0,1), \] \[ x^{(2i)}(0)=0,\quad x^{(2i)}(1)=\sum\limits_{j=1}^{m-2}k_{ij}x^{(2i)}(\eta_j),\quad i=0,1,2,\dots,n-1, \] where \(0<k_{ij}<1, j=1,2,\dots,m-2, \sum_{j=1}^{m-2}k_{ij}<1, i=1,2,\dots,n-1, 0<\eta_1<\eta_2<\dots<\eta_{m-2}<1\), are constants, \(m\geq 3\) and \(n>1\) are integers, and \(f\) satisfies the sup-linear hypothesis: \(f\in C((0,1)\times [0,\infty)^n, [0,\infty))\), and there exist constants \(\lambda_i, \mu_i, (0<\lambda_i\leq \mu_i, i=1,2,\dots, n-1, 0\leq\lambda_n\leq\mu_n<1, \sum_{i=1}^n \lambda_i>1)\) such that for \(t\in (0,1), x_i\in [0,\infty)\), \(c^{\mu_i}f(t,x_1,x_2,\dots,x_n)\leq f(t,x_1,x_2,\dots,cx_i,\dots,x_n)\leq c^{\lambda_i}f(t,x_1,x_2,\dots,x_n)\) if \(0<c\leq 1, i=1,2,\dots,n\). The Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem on cones is applied to the above boundary value problem. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of \(C^{2n-2}[0,1]\) positive solutions as well as \(C^{2n-1}[0,1]\) positive solutions is given. For confirming the results obtained, several examples are given.
