The authors study the linear nonautonomous delay difference equation \[ \Delta^N \Big[ X(t) - PX (t-\gamma) \Big] + \sum_{j=1}^n Q_j(t) X(t - \sigma_j)= 0 \] (\(P,Q(t)\) \(m \times m\) matrices, \(\Delta\) forward difference operator, \(\gamma,\sigma_j\) positive constants) for continuous \(t\). The main theorem and its corollaries contain sufficient conditions for oscillation of solutions of the above equation. A final example for the scalar case illustrates this result.
