From the Introduction: Dirichlet type spaces \(D_\tau\) and the so-called \(Q_p\) spaces were defined in [\textit{P. Hu} and \textit{J. Shi}, Chin. Ann. Math., Ser. B 20, 369--376 (1999; Zbl 0941.32004)] and [\textit{B. Li} and \textit{C. Ouyang}, Acta Math. Sci., Ser. B, Engl. Ed. 24, No. 4, 645--654 (2004; Zbl 1086.32007)], respectively, for the unit ball of \({\mathbb C}^n\). They have the advantage of dealing with some important function spaces in a unified way, such as \(D_0=\) Hardy space \(H^2\), \(D_{-1}=\) Bergman space \(L^2_a\); \(Q_1=\) BMOA, \(Q_{1,0}=\) VMOA and \(Q_P=\) Bloch, \(Q_{p,0}=\) the little Bloch when \(1<p<\frac{n}{n-1}\). In this paper, for the unit ball of \({\mathbb C}^n\) we first give some characterizations of the integral and Carleson type measure both associated with higher radial derivative for holomorphic functions of \(Q_{p,0}\) and \(Q_p\) spaces. As applications, we get a sufficient condition for random power series to belong to \(Q_{p,0}\) spaces for \(\frac{n-1}{n}<p<1\), and show that such a condition is best possible in some sense. As its corollary, the result \(D_{1,2n}\subset\bigcap_{\frac{n-1}{n}<p<1}Q_{p,0}\) (\(\subset\) VMOA) a.s., is obtained. We also prove that \(D_n\subset\bigcap_{\frac{n-1}{n}<p<1}Q_{p,0}\), which is strict and best possible in the sense that the index \(n\) of \(D_n\) cannot be smaller.
