The paper under report is the continuation of the paper ``About topology of saddle submanifolds'', by \textit{A. A. Borisenko} and \textit{V. Yu. Rovenski} [J. Differ. Geom. Appl. (to appear)]. The author studies \((k,\varepsilon )\)-saddle submanifolds. The results of the paper generalize theorems about totally geodesic, minimal and \(k\)-saddle submanifolds which were proved previously by other authors.
