The aim of this paper is to analyse deeply an approach to the Atiya-Floer conjecture. In particular, the fundamental idea proposed is to introduce a third Floer homology whose trajectory equation couples the anti-self-duality equation on \(\mathbb{R}\times[0,1]\times\Sigma\) with the Lagrangian boundary condition.
