Subconvexity bounds for Rankin-Selberg \(L\)-functions for congruence subgroups (Q863288)

The authors prove a subconvex bound for Rankin-Selberg \(L\)-functions \(L(s, f\otimes g)\) on the critical line, where \(f\) and \(g\) are cusp forms with \(g\) fixed. Independently the better bound was obtained by \textit{V. Blomer} [Manuscr. Math. 117, No. 2, 111--133 (2005; Zbl 1088.11034)]. For further improvement see \textit{Y.-K. Lau, J. Liu} and \textit{Y.
