Let \(K\) be an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero. Given \(n\geq 2\) and \(d\) that divides \(n\), we consider the quotient \(\Gamma_{n,d}=KQ_n/I_d\) of the path \(K\)-algebra \(KQ_n\) modulo the ideal \(I_d\) generated by all paths of length \(d\), where \(Q_n\) is the cyclic quiver with the vertices \(e_0,\dots,e_{n-1}\) and the arrows \(e_0\to e_1\to\cdots\to e_{n-1}\to e_0\). The algebra \(\Gamma_{n,d}\) is equipped with a Hopf algebra structure such that the convolution dual \(\Gamma_{n,d}^*\) is isomorphic to the Andruskiewitsch-Schneider Hopf algebra \(A(n,d.\mu,q)\) [see \textit{N. Andruskiewitsch, H.-J. Schneider}, in New directions in Hopf algebras. Cambridge: Cambridge Univ. Press. Math. Sci. Res. Inst. Publ. 43, 1-68 (2002; Zbl 1011.16025)]. The Drinfeld double \({\mathcal D}(\Gamma_{n,d})\) is the coalgebra \(\Gamma_{n,d}^*\otimes\Gamma_{n,d}\) equipped with a suitable algebra structure [see the paper by \textit{K. Erdmann, E. L. Green, N. Snashall, R. Teillefer}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 204, No. 2, 413-454 (2006; Zbl 1090.16015)]. Following the above paper, the author proves that the algebra \({\mathcal D}(\Gamma_{n,d})\) is of tame infinite representation type, by showing that it is isomorphic to a representation-infinite special biserial algebra. The structure of indecomposable projective modules over \({\mathcal D}(\Gamma_{n,d})\) is described. The result is independently obtained by \textit{G.-X. Liu} [On the representation type of finite dimensional basic Hopf algebras, Preprint, Chinese Acad. Sci., Beijing (2005)], see also \textit{G.-X. Liu} and \textit{F. Li} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 135, No. 3, 649-657 (2007; Zbl 1120.16035)].
