Analysis of substructuring preconditioners for mortar methods in an abstract framework (Q867999)

The authors propose a class of preconditioners for the efficient solution of the linear systems arising from the discretization by the mortar method. They consider a nonconforming version, based on the substructuring approach for conforming domain decomposition techniques. Estimates that rely on abstract assumptions are provided for any order of finite elements.
