Summary: We prove analogues for subposets of the Dowling lattices of the results of \textit{A. R. Calderbank, P. Hanlon}, and \textit{R. W. Robinson} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc., III. Ser. 53, 288--320 (1986; Zbl 0602.20017)] on homology of subposets of the partition lattices. The technical tool used is the wreath product analogue of the tensor species of Joyal.
