Moduli space of model real submanifolds (Q871772)

Continuing the line of investigation of the author in [Math. Notes 75, No. 4, 475--488 (2004); translation from Mat. Zametki 75, No. 4, 507-522 (2004; Zbl 1063.32010)], this paper constructs moduli spaces for completely nondegenerate germs of real submanifolds of fixed CR type in a complex vector space, up to holomorphic equivalence. The idea is to use the polynomial models introduced in [loc. cit.] and divide out by the general linear group. Some examples are given, and some properties of the moduli spaces are established: in particular, the assignment of a point of a smooth real submanifold to the moduli point of the germ of the manifold at that point is used to define some characteristic classes called CR-characteristic classes.
