The authors define four families of geometries from the elliptic hyperplanes of a parabolic quadric in a finite projective space of dimension \(6\). One class consists of the semi-partial geometries of \textit{J. Thas} [Adv. Geom. 1, No. 3, 229--244 (2001; Zbl 0985.51006)], which are now linked more directly to split Cayley hexagons. The main results determine the full automorphism groups of all these geometries.
