The paper discusses harmonic morphisms which are submersive twistorial maps. It continues studies from [\textit{R. Pantilie} and \textit{J. C. Wood}, Q. J. Math. 57, No. 1, 105--132 (2006; Zbl 1117.53047)] where, among other things, basic examples of twistorial maps have been given. In the current paper, the authors study the question which of those are harmonic morphisms; they turn out to be mappings between Weyl spaces of dimensions \((m,n)\) with \((m,n)\in\{(3,2),(4,2),(4,3)\}\). In the first case, the submersive twistorial maps are exactly the harmonic morphisms, while in the other cases necessary and sufficient conditions are given. The discussion of the second case also results in a condition under which, on an Einstein-Weyl space of dimension 4, there can be defined locally at least five distinct foliations of dimension 2 which produce harmonic morphisms.
