      The author proves that projective toric morphisms with Picard number one can be compactified with keeping these properties. If, additionally, \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factoriality was assumed for the source space, than this property can be preserved, too. Up to a few examples, the arguments almost never use the combinatorial language being suggested in the toric context. Instead of that, Fujino discusses the Minimal Model Program for toric, but non \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial varieties.
