On cellularization for simplicial presheaves and motivic homotopy (Q876544)

The technique of cellularisation generalises the approximation of topological spaces by CW complexes. The authors show that the cellularisation theory in model categories formulated in [\textit{A. Nofech}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 141, No.~3, 249--267 (1999; Zbl 0934.18011)] can be applied to simplicial presheaves on small Grothendieck sites. They then apply their results to the motivic homotopy category of Morel and Voevodsky.
