[Part I appeared in Commun.\ Math.\ Phys.\ 257, No.\,2, 425--471 (2005; Zbl 1080.37007).] The authors' investigations of minimal topological dynamics and associated \(C^*\)-crossed products [see \textit{H.\,Lin} and \textit{H.\,Matui}, Math.\ Ann.\ 332, 795--822 (2005; Zbl 1089.46041) as well as Part~I of this series)] suggest that ``versions of approximate conjugacy may be more interesting \dots than conjugacy or even strong orbital equivalence.'' Here, they continue their study of approximate \(K\)-conjugacy (referred to as (aKc) in the following), as determined by \(K\)-theoretical data of the minimal systems, mainly when \(A = C^*(X\times\mathbb{T},\alpha\times\varphi)\), \(\alpha\) being a minimal homeomorphism of a Cantor set \(X\) and a cocycle \(\varphi \in C(X,\text{Homeo}(\mathbb{T}))\). As previously, now for minimal \(\alpha\times\varphi\) with \(\varphi_x\) rotation-valued, it is established that \(A\) is a unital simple \(A\mathbb{T}\)-algebra (having tracial rank \(\text{TR}(A)\leq 1\)). This involves inspecting approximate unitary equivalence of unitaries in a simple separable \(C^*\)-algebra with tracial rank 1. If \(\varphi\) is \(\text{Isom}(\mathbb{T})\)-valued and \(\alpha\times\varphi\) rigid, \(\text{TR}(A) = 0\). Introduced in analogy with the Tomiyama flip conjugacy, the \(C^*\)-strongly approximate conjugacy (fc) for transitive topological systems implies (aKc) in case of rigid systems. Then, conditions equivalent to (aKc) are given for minimal rigid systems, say, \((X\times\mathbb{T},\alpha^{(r)}\times\varphi^{(r)})\), with corresponding crossed products \(A_r\), \(r = 1,2\), provided that \(\varphi_x^{(r)}\in \text{Isom}(\mathbb{T})\), \(x\in X \). In particular, (aKc) is, roughly speaking, accompanied by due order isomorphisms between \(K_i(A_1)\) and \(K_i(A_2)\), \(i =0,1\). Moreover, examples show that neither (aKc) entails (fc), nor (aKc) follows from \(C^*\)-isomorphism of crossed products.
