The authors are concerned with the boundary value problem of the form \[ -y'' + (u'(x)+q(x))y = \lambda y, \quad 0<x<\pi, \] \[ (\Gamma y)(0)-hy(0)=0, (\Gamma y)(\pi)+Hy(\pi)=0, \] where \(h\), \(H\) are real numbers, \(q(x)\) and \(u(x)\) are real functions in \(L_{2}(0,\pi)\), \(\lambda=\rho^{2}\) is a spectral parameter. Here \((\Gamma y)(x)=y'(x)-u(x)y(x)\). There are given asymptotic formulae for the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of an operator \(L\) generated by this boundary value problem. Also, Weyl function for the operator \(L\) are defined and a uniqueness theorem for the solutions of the inverse problem according to this function are proved.
