    Consider the problem \[ -y^{\Delta\Delta}\in F(t, y(\sigma(t))+ G(t, y(\sigma(t)),\quad t\in [a, b],\quad a <b,\tag{1} \] \[ \alpha(a) -\beta y^{\Delta}(a) = 0,\quad \alpha,\;\beta \geq 0, \tag{2} \] \[ y^{\Delta}(\sigma(b)) =0, \tag{3} \] where \([a, b]\subset \mathbb{T},\;\mathbb{T}\) is a nonempty closed subset (time scales) of \(\mathbb{R}\), \(\sigma(t) = \inf\{s >t : s\in\mathbb{T}\},\;F, G:[a, \sigma(b)]\times\mathbb{R} \to P(\mathbb{R})\) are given multi-valued maps, \(P(\mathbb{R})\) is the family of all nonempty subsets of \(\mathbb{R},\;y^{\Delta}(t)\) is the delta derivative of \(y(t)\) at the point \(t,\) that is the number (if it exists) with the property that for a given \(\varepsilon >0,\) there exists a neighborhood \(B\) of \(t\) such that \[ | y(\sigma(t)) - y(s)-y^{\Delta}(t)(\sigma(t) -s))| <\varepsilon| \sigma(t) -s| \] for all \(s\in B.\) If some assumptions are valid, then the problem (1) -- (3) has at least one solution on \([a, \sigma^{2}(b)].\)
