Generalized iteration methods are applied in the proofs of comparison results which show how fixed points of a multifunction can be bounded by least and greatest fixed points of single-valued functions. On this basis, existence and comparison results for fixed points of multifuctions are obtained. They are used for the study of normal-form games.
