Hypergeometric functions in the geometric function theory (Q884148)

This is a survey paper of the authors work in geometric function theory and the role played by (generalized) hypergeometric functions therein. After 3 pages of introductory notations and definitions, the following is covered: section 2 [1 page]: two theorems on an integral operator and its use in transference of (close to) convexity, section 3 [1/2 page]: the effect of the Hohlov operator on a \({}_pF_q\), section 4 [3 1/2 pages]: specific results for the Hohlov operator (10 theorems), section 5 [1 1/2 page]: results for the class UCV\((\alpha,\beta)\) (8 theorems/corollaries), section 6 [1 page]: results for the class S\(_p(\alpha,\beta)\) (9 theorems/corollaries). For proofs, the reader is referred to the literature in the references (23 items).
