The author introduces the notions of spin Hecke algebras, which is a \(q\)-deformation of the spin symmetric group algebra, and its affine generalization. It turns out that the spin (affine) Hecke algebras are Morita super-equivalent to the (affine) Hecke-Clifford algebra of Olshanski and Jones-Nazarov. The author establishes various algebraic structures for the spin (affine) Hecke algebras.
