In this paper, one considers the space \(\mathcal D_{\underline{\lambda},\mu}\), where \(\underline{\lambda}=(\lambda_1,\dots,\lambda_m)\), of \(m\)-ary differential operators acting on weighted densities which is a \((m+1)\)-parameter family of modules over the Lie algebra of vector fields and one investigates its geometry understood in the sense of Klein: as Lie group actions (or Lie algebra actions) on a manifold. For almost all the parameters, a canonical isomorphism between the space \(\mathcal D_{\underline{\lambda},\mu}\) and the corresponding space of symbol as \(sl(2)\)-modules was constructed. This yields to the notion of the \(sl(2)\)-equivariant symbol calculus for \(m\)-ary differential operators. One shows, however, that these two modules cannot be isomorphic as \(sl(2)\)-modules for some particular values of the parameters. In the generic case, the symbol map was used to build-up the isomorphism between \(\mathcal D_{\underline{\lambda},\mu}\) and \(\mathcal D_{\underline{\rho},\eta}\). However, and for some values of \(\delta=\mu-\sum\lambda_j=\eta-\sum\rho_j\), called resonant, one proceeds by a direct computation. The proof in all cases is based on the locality of any \(\text{Vect}(M)\)-isomorphism. Furthermore, one investigates the symbol map to show that all modules \({\mathcal D}^2_{\underline{\lambda},\mu}\) (i.e., the space of second-order operators) are isomorphic to each other, except for a few modules called singular.
