It is known that the Gauss image of any compact oriented Lagrangian isoparametric hypersurface of the unit sphere is a compact minimal Lagrangian submanifold embedded in the complex quadric. In previous papers the authors studied the Hamiltonian stability of Lagrangian submanifolds associated with homogeneous isoparametric hypersurfaces of classical type with 1, 2, 3 or 4 distinct principal curvatures. In the present paper they deal with the remaining cases, namely the stability of Lagrangian submanifolds associated with isoparametric hypersurfaces of exceptional type with 6 or 4 principal curvatures. A complete classification of those that are stable is obtained. These include canonical examples in the complex quadrics \(Q_6\), \(Q_{12}\) and \(Q_{30}\). For Part I see [the authors, J. Differ. Geom. 97, No. 2, 275--348 (2014; Zbl 1306.53053)].
