The author studied previously the semirings, their prime ideals and Zariski-type topology on semirings. Now semirings with 0 and 1 are considered. Without any extra hypothesis, the properties of minimal (saturated) prime ideals are analogous with those in commutative algebra. In case \(A\) is weakly Noetherian, each associated prime ideal of \(A\) is of the form \((0:u)\) for some \(u\) in \(A\) different from zero. Primary ideals are defined and studied and then the author finds a primary decomposition for semirings. \(A\) has the Evans property if for each \(k\)-ideal \(I\) of \(A\) the set \(\{x\in A\) there exists \(y\in A-I\), \(xy\in I\}\) is a finite union of prime \(k\)-ideals of \(A\). If \(A\) is Laskerian, then \(A\) has the Evans property.
