Fibered spherical 3-orbifolds (Q888921)

The authors of the paper under review give a classification of fibered spherical 3-orbifolds connecting them with finite subgroups of \(SO_4\). Seifert and Threlfall classified up to conjugacy the finite subgroups of \(SO_4\). The quotient of actions of many of these groups on \(S^{3}\) preserve a fibration and thus give rise to fibered orbifolds. The authors find formulas for their different topological properties such as their \(2\) dimensional base (note the fiber is one dimensional), their local invariants (defined in text) and their Euler number. In the end they tabulate these objects for each group which preserves a fibration on \(S^{3}\).
