The paper under review deals with a parametric Robin problem driven by the \(p\)-Laplacian and with a Carathéodory reaction term that incorporates as a special case \(p\)-logistic equations with a superdiffusive reaction. Precisely, the problem considered is \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_p u(z)=\lambda f(z,u(z)) & \text{in}\;\Omega,\\ \dfrac{\partial u}{\partial n_p}+ \beta(z) u^{p-1}=0 & \text{on}\;\partial\Omega,\\ u>0 & \text{in}\;\Omega, \end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^N\) is a bounded and \(C^2\)-smooth domain, \(p\in(1,\infty),\) \(\Delta_p u=\text{div\,}(|Du|^{p-2}Du)\) and \(\dfrac{\partial u}{\partial n_p}=|Du|^{p-2}(Du,n)_{\mathbb{R}^N}\) with \(n\) being the unit outward normal to \(\partial\Omega\). By means of variational methods coupled with suitable truncation, perturbation and comparison techniques, the authors derive a bifurcation near infinity result for the problem considered.
