Consider the differential equation \[ {dx\over dt}= Ax+ F(t,x),\quad t\in\mathbb{R}_+ \] in a complex Banach space \(E\), where \(A: E\to E\) is linear and continuus, \(F:\mathbb{R}_+\times E\to E\) is continuous, satisfies \(F(t,0)\equiv 0\) and belongs to some class \({\mathcal F}\). The author derives conditions such that the origin is unstable for all \(F\in{\mathcal F}\).
