The authors study Riesz decomposition properties of the lexicographic product of two po-groups. Moreover, they generalize the notion of \(n\)-perfect pseudo-effect algebra, i.e., the pseudo-effect algebra decomposable to the system of comparable slices indexed by the set \(\frac{1}{n}\,\mathbb Z \cup [0, 1]\), to \(\mathbb H\)-perfect pseudo-effect algebra replacing \(\frac{1}{n}\, \mathbb Z\) by a subgroup \(\mathbb H\) of the set of real numbers (\(\mathbb Q\) in particular). A representation of specific \(\mathbb H\)-perfect pseudo-effect algebras by means of the lexicographic product is given.
