The present work presents a derivation of the quantum kinetic equation for a system of particles with spin. The derivation is based on the definition of the quantum distribution function \(f(\vec r,\vec p,t)\) (\(\vec r,\vec p\) - 6D-phase space coordinates) corresponding to the classical microscopic distribution function of point particles, constructed with Dirac delta functions. Obtaining the quantum kinetic equation, derivatives of the many-particle wave function with respect to time arise. Consequently, the non-stationary Schrödinger equation containing the explicit form of the system Hamiltonian has to be used. The spin-spin interaction part of the Hamiltonian, on its part, includes a Green's function \(G\). Thus, finally the authors arrive at a kinetic equation for the distribution function \(f\) incorporating \(G\) and a spin-distribution function \(S(\vec r,\vec p,t)\). Consequently, in comparison to a system of equations for spinless particles, where only an equation for \(f\) occurs, in case of particles with spin it is necessary to add an equation for \(S\) (containing also \(G\)). To the system of both equations, for \(f\) and \(S\), the usual linear perturbation theory is applied to obtain dispersion equations of possible waves. The authors investigate the dynamics of linear spin-wave excitations of a one-dimensional system of neutral particles located in a constant external magnetic field. They obtain analytical expressions for two branches of the dispersion curve.
