Continuing the developments of the previous paper [the author, Russ. Phys. J. 57, No. 7, 861--869 (2014); translation from Izv. Vyssh. Uchebn. Zaved., Fiz. 57, No. 7, 3--9 (2014; Zbl 1326.82010)], where (nonextensive) entropy vectors and four-vectors were introduced, an algebra of the group of entropy functions is constructed and then generalized to an algebra of the group of vector entropies. Natural links with Finsler geometries are exploited. An important ingredient of rather formal considerations are conformally generalized hypercomplex numbers, whose composition law is given. From their properties, the known relations for vectors of nonextensive entropies follow.
