Denote by \(G_n\) the Grassmannian parameterizing \(2\)-dimensional subspaces in a vector space \(V_{n+2}\) of dimension \(n+2\). It is a Fano manifold of index \(n+2\). There are two naturally families of Fano manifolds of Picard number \(1\) defined in the folllowing. The first family is obtained by taking \(n+2\) linear sections of \(\mathcal{O}(1)\) of the Plücker embedding of \(G_{n+1}\). The second family is obtained by taking the zero locus of a general section of \(Q(1)\), where \(Q\) is the universal quotient bundle of rank \(n\) on \(G_{n}\). Note that \(\det Q(1) \cong \mathcal{O}(n+1)\). The main result of the article is that general members of the two families are the same.
