Let \(G\) be a compact, connected and simply connected Lie group, viewed as \(G\)-space with the conjugation action. Also, the Lie group \(G\) is equipped with a an anti-involution which is the composition of involutive automorphism and the group inversion. Under this setting \(G\) is considered as a real space. The author calculates the equivariant \(K\)-thehory of this space, in the case that \(G\) does not have any real representation of complex type with respect to the involution. He proves that the real \(K\)-theory in this case is isomorphic with the ring of the Grothendieck differentials of certain coefficient algebras. The methods used generalize the techniques of the previous paper of the author [\textit{C.-K. Fok}, SIGMA, Symmetry Integrability Geom. Methods Appl. 10, Paper 022, 26 p. (2014; Zbl 1291.19007)]. As an application the author provides results on vanishing of squares of the equivariant real \(K\)-theory of a real \(G\)-space \(X\).
