For an immersed hypersurface \(f: M^n \to \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) with second fundamental form \(II\), the Möbius metric is defined as \(g=\frac{n}{n-1}(\| II \|^2-n|\text{trace}\;II|^2)df \cdot df\). Hypersurfaces with constant Möbius curvature (sectional curvature with respect to \(g\)) have been classified up to Möbius transformations in [\textit{Z. Guo} et al., Math. Z. 271, No. 1--2, 193--219 (2012; Zbl 1259.53010)] and [\textit{T. Li} et al., Geom. Dedicata 166, 251--267 (2013; Zbl 1277.53013)]. This paper is dedicated to the classification of hypersurfaces with constant Möbius Ricci curvature. Besides hypersurfaces of constant Möbius curvature, there are either the inverse stereographic image of a certain torus in \(\mathbb{S}^{n+1}\), or a cylinder, cone or rotation hypersurfaces over surfaces in a space form of constant curvature, whose Hessian operator and gradient satisfy certain differential relations.
