Let \(n\geq2\) and \(S^{n-1}\) be the unit sphere in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with the sphere area measure \(d\sigma:=d\sigma(x')\). Assume that \(\Omega\in L^1(S^{n-1})\) satisfies the cancellation condition \[ \int_{S^{n-1}}\Omega(y')\,d\sigma(y')=0. \] For a real-valued function \(\psi\) on \([0,\infty)\) and any measurable function \(f\) on \(\mathbb{R}^2\), the maximal function \(M_\psi(f)\) is defined, for any \((x_1,x_2)\in\mathbb{R}^2\), by \[ M_\psi(f)(x_1,x_2):=\sup_{k\in\mathbb{Z}}\frac{1}{2^k}\int_{2^{k-1}}^{2^k}|f(x_1-t,x_2-\psi(t))|\,dt. \] Moreover, for a measurable function \(h\) on \([0,\infty)\), \(\Omega\) and \(\psi\) as above, the singular integral operator \(T_{\Omega,\,\psi,\,h}\), along the surface \(\Gamma:=\{(y,\psi(|y|): y\in\mathbb{R}^n\}\), is defined, for all Schwartz functions \(f\) on \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\), by \[ T_{\Omega,\,\psi,\,h}(f)(x,x_{n+1}):=p.v.\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\frac{h(|y|)\Omega(y')}{|y|^n}f(x-y,x_{n+1}-\psi(|y|))\,dy. \] In this paper, under some integrability assumptions for \(\Omega\) and \(h\) and the assumption that \(M_\psi\) is bounded on \(L^r(\mathbb{R}^2)\) for any \(r\in(1,\infty)\), the authors establish the boundedness of the singular integral operator \(T_{\Omega,\,\psi,\,h}\) on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}, \dot{F}^{\alpha}_{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n))\) for some \(\alpha\in\mathbb{R}\) and \(p,\,q\in(1,\infty)\), where \(\dot{F}^{\alpha}_{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) denotes the homogeneous Triebel-Lizorkin space on \(\mathbb{R}^n\).
