A congruence \(\varrho\) on a (right distributive) seminearring \((S,+,\cdot)\) is called an additively commutative near-ring congruence if \(S/\varrho\) is an additively commutative near-ring. A subseminearring \((N,+,\cdot)\) of \((S,+,\cdot)\) is called normal if \(N\) is a \(k\)-ideal of \(S\), for each \(s\in S\) there is some \(x\in S\) such that \(s+x\in N\), and \(a+b+c+d\in N\) implies \(a+c+b+d\in N\) for all \(a,b,c,d\in S\). Now, let \((S,+,\cdot)\) be a zero-symmetric and distributively generated seminearring. Then there is an inclusion preserving bijection \(\varphi\colon\mathcal R\to\mathcal N\) between the partially ordered set \(\mathcal R\) of all additively commutative near-ring congruences on \(S\) and the partially ordered set \(\mathcal N\) of all normal subseminearrings of \(S\). Some sufficient conditions for \((S,+,\cdot)\) are given such that \(\mathcal R\) resp. \(\mathcal N\) are (distributive) lattices and \(\varphi\) an isomorphism.
