In this paper, the authors generalize a well known notion of holomorphs of a group over a case of inverse semigroups. The key tool of this generalization is a Cartesian closed structure of the category of ordered grupoids. Let \(S\) be an inverse semigroup and \(\mathrm{Hol}(S)\) be a holomorph of \(S\). In this paper, it is shown that the monoid of all ordered functions \(S\rightarrow S\) which preserve a heap operation embeds into \(\mathrm{Hol}(S)\). Moreover, if \(S\) is a monoid then the monoid of all ordered functions \(S\rightarrow S\) which preserve a heap operation is isomorphic to a submonoid \(\mathrm{End}(S)\ltimes S\) of \(\mathrm{Hol}(S)\). Also, the authors describe a structure of holomorphs of semilattices of groups and polycyclic monoids.
