Let \(F=\{all\) almost convergent sequences\(\}\). An infinite matrix A is called F-regular if and only if A: \(F\to F\) and f-lim A(x)\(=f-\lim x \forall x\in F\). If A and B are F-regular and F-absolutely equivalent for bounded sequences, then we write \(A\sim B\). The authors have shown that if A, \(A'\), B, \(B'\) are F-regular and \(A\sim A'\), \(B\sim B'\), then \(AB\sim A'B'\). Also, it is shown that an F-regular matrix is always F- absolutely translative for all bounded sequences.
