Main result: Let M be a complex manifold, \(\dim (M)=n\), and D a q-pseudoconvex domain in M with \(C^ 3\)-boundary; (a) if M is r-complete, then D is \((r+q-1)\)-complete; (b) if M is strongly r-pseudoconvex with C exhaustion function strongly r- pseudoconvex outside D (here misprint in the text of Theorem 2), then D is strongly \((r+q-1)\)-pseudoconvex.
