A characterization of extreme points of the unit ball in Orlicz-Lorentz spaces \(\Lambda_{\phi,w}\) generated by a Young function \(\phi\) and a weight function w is given. Particularly a characterization of rotundity of \(\Lambda_{\phi,w}\) and a characterization of extreme points of the unit ball in Lorentz spaces \(L_{p,q}\) are obtained.
