    Let K denote the family of functions f that are analytic in \(\Delta =\{z:\) \(| z| <1\}\), map \(\Delta\) one-to-one onto a convex domain and are normalized by \(f(0)=0\) and \(f'(0)=1\). This paper concerns the families \(K_ n\) defined for \(n=0,1,..\). by \(K_ 0=K\) and \(K_{n+1}=\{f\in K_ n:\) \(f^{(n+1)}\) is convex or constant\(\}\). The paper begins with a number of theorems concerning the convexity of f where \(f'(z)=1+ag(z)\) and g is convex. For example, when \(g(z)=z/(1-z)\), \(a\neq 0\) and \(f(0)=0\) it is shown that \(f\in K_ 1\) if and only if \(| a-1| \leq 1/3\). Also, if \(f\in K_ 1\) there is a such that \(| a-1| =1/3\) and \(f'\) is subordinate to \(1+a(z/(1-z))\). The sharp lower bounds on \(| f(z)|\) and \(| f'(z)|\) are obtained where f varies in \(K_ 1\). The sharp coefficient estimates are found for functions in \(K_ 2\) normalized by \(f(0)=0\) and \(f'(0)=1\). Functions \(f_ n\) \((n=0,1,...)\) are considered which are defined by \(f_ 0(z)=z/(1-z)\) and \[ f_ n(z)=\sum^{n}_{k=1}\alpha_ h^{(n)}z^ k-(1-\alpha_ 1^{(n)})(1-z)^ n \log (1-z) \] for a certain specific sequence \(\{\alpha_ k^{(n)}\}\) defined by a recursive relation. Then \(f_ n\in K_ n\) and the author conjectures that \(f_ n\) extremizes the coefficients of functions in \(K_ n\) and solves a number of additional extremal problems.
