Nonhomogeneous mixed boundary value problems of Dirichlet-oblique derivative type are viewed for second order elliptic equations in bounded planar domains with curvilinear polygonal boundaries. The main theorem is posed in the Sobolev space \(H^ 2(\Omega)\) where a Grisvard type formula decomposes the solution into a regular and explicitly determined singular part valid for all combinations of the angle at a corner and type of boundary conditions imposed in its neighborhood. Thus, certain exceptional cases excluded by \textit{P. Grisvard} [Elliptic problems in non-smooth domains (1985)] are solved.
