[For part I see Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 17, 450-461 (1986; Zbl 0592.49002).] The authors discuss the time optimal control problem for an abstract linear control system with various types of constraints on the control function. They use techniques of functional analysis and obtain precise forms of the optimal control.
