It is first established that there is a natural correspondence between classes of Lamé's equations and certain families of branched projective structures on an arbitrary compact Riemann surface M of genus one and pure imaginary modulus. These structures all have a unique branch point \(P\in M\) of odd ramification order. The associated Lamé's equations have coexisting solutions for some values of the spectral parameter \(\lambda\) and \(\lambda\) (\(\in C)\) parametrizes the corresponding families of projective structures on M. Furthermore, it is shown that each of the projective structures considered has at least one subordinate affine structure and that the number of inequivalent subordinate affine structure depends on the value of \(\lambda\). Finally, when P is of even ramification order, it is shown that the number of projective structures on M is finite and that all solutions of the associated Lamé's equation are doubly periodic.
