Considered is an optimization problem \(f_ 0(x)\to \inf\), \(F(x)=0\), \(f_ i(x)\leq 0\) \((i=1,2,...,m)\), where \(F: X\to Y\), \(f_ i: X\to R^ 1\) and X and Y are Banach spaces. In the main theorem the author gives a generalization of Lyusternik's theorem to the nonregular case, where Im \(F'(x^ 0)\) is a closed subspace in Y: a necessary optimality condition for a local minimum point \(x^ 0\) is derived, applying the generalized Lagrange function \(L(x,\lambda,y_ 1,y_ 2,h)=\sum \lambda_ if_ i(x)+<y_ 1,F(x)>+<y_ 2,F'(x)[h]>\).
